One of our projects for Skanska was to create a series of videos and a microsite that detailed the unique process undertaken to create their 400 Fairview project in South Lake Union. From the get go, Skanska Commercial Development was not interested in creating just another building in South Lake Union. Instead, they gathered a rich mix of tech, media, design, and urban planning professionals to envision how space used to engage its users.
